We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Description of Service

CareerKraft provides AI-powered career tools including resume analysis, cover letter generation, interview preparation insights, job matching, and skills analysis. The Service is provided on both free and paid subscription tiers.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including resume feedback, cover letters, interview questions, and career recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

5. Acceptable Use

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support@careercraft.ai for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and code, is owned by CareerKraft and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, documents). You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content created through the Service may be used freely by you for personal and professional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerKraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
