Common questions.

Do participants need their own accounts?

No. The counselor does everything from one login. Participants never sign up, install an app, or learn new technology. Coaching happens in conversation; outputs are exported and handed off in whatever format suits the program.

Is this a résumé builder?

No. CareerKraft is a career-navigation system. The counselor guides direction, builds clarity, and surfaces real paths forward. Résumés, cover letters, and interview prep are produced as an output of that coaching — not as the starting point.

How many participants can one counselor manage?

There is no system cap. Typical caseloads are 20–50 active participants per counselor. Larger programs use multiple operator accounts — one per counselor — to keep caseloads private and manageable.

What does it cost?

Programs are sales-led right now — every program is a little different and we size pricing to the caseload, sector, and contract length. Book a demo and we will quote you. Volume discounts are available for cohorts.

Is participant data kept separate?

All participant work lives under the counselor's account, with each artifact tagged to its participant. Counselors see only their own caseload. Soft-delete preserves records for audit; data export is available on request.

Can we white-label or co-brand?

Not yet, but it is on the roadmap for our first few program customers. Talk to us — if it is a hard requirement we can scope it into your contract.

Do you have SOC 2, FERPA, or WIOA compliance?

Not formally certified yet. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest) and access controls. If your program has specific compliance requirements, let us discuss what we need to put in place.
