Built to give everyone access to real career direction.
CareerKraft is a career navigation platform built for job seekers and the workforce programs that guide them.
Our Story
CareerKraft was built by someone who has seen career navigation fail up close.
Our founder spent years in workforce and social services, helping people find stable work as part of building stable lives. The people he worked with wanted to work. They had real skills and real drive. What they didn't have was a system that could help a case manager guide dozens of people at once without requiring each of them to create an account, learn a new tool, or sit down at a computer they might not own.
That gap — between the people who need career direction most and the tools that exist to provide it — is what CareerKraft is built to close.
For individuals, CareerKraft maps your skills to real career paths and turns that direction into resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation. For the programs, coaches, and case managers who guide people through career transitions, CareerKraft is a staff-operated system: your team runs it, participants never have to log in.
We are early. We are honest about that. We are building the tool we wish had existed.
